Through our range of classes, we aspire to help you develop strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness through different approaches.
Outdoor classes
Outdoor Classes (as of July 1, 2020) :
Vinyasa Flow
With an emphasis on alignment, breath and steady movement, the class brings balance to a busy lifestyle, with uplifting Vinyasa-style sequences and Yin-style meditation.
Mondays 7:30pm, Jardin Tuileries
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
An uptempo class with a strong and sweaty flow. Dynamic Vinyasa Flow is a continuous sequence of postures focusing on motion with breath. Though style, pace and intensity may vary, the practice always encourages meditation through movement.
Wednesdays 7:30pm, Parc Montsouris
Morning Flow
Slowly easing into your morning practice, we will move through a gentle flow with breath work throughout to invigorate the body and mind. Ending with a guided-meditation while in Savasana to create a mindful presence for your day.
Saturdays 10am, Parc Montsouris
& Sundays 11am, Champ de Mars

Indoor classes are held in the beautiful area of the Buttes-aux-Cailles in the 13th arrondissement, within a private residence that holds three yoga rooms.
Our classes are taught by trained and knowledgeable individuals who live yoga as a practice and lifestyle.
We encourage all people, of all levels, to experience the joy of yoga.
What should I bring?
Yoga mats, blocks, props, and blankets are available but limited so please contact us ahead of time if you’d like us to arrange that for you.
Hot tea is available before and after each indoor class.
